Webinar recording: Digitalising stakeholder engagement and analysing social media sentiments with GOLIA digital tools
This webinar introduced GO-INFO, the citizen engagement module developed within the Horizon Europe project GOLIA, designed to help cities strengthen dialogue with residents and support more transparent, data-driven decision-making. As part of the broader GO-X digital ecosystem, GO-INFO enables local authorities to move beyond traditional top-down approaches by creating structured channels for citizens to share their views, provide feedback, and engage with urban policy development.
Participants discovered how the platform combines several innovative tools to support different stages of public engagement. We heard about the technical functionalities of GO-INFO from its developers, as well as the practical experience of the city of Pilsen with using the module for targeted surveys and social media sentiment analysis. Together, these functionalities help municipalities better understand community needs, respond to local challenges, and build trust through greater transparency and accountability.
